5 of 5 people found the following review helpful Works for what I need it for, = Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: ION GO PAD Folding Computer Game Controller (Accessory) I didn't actually need a folding portable game controller, but I did need a portable remote that I can use with my tablet. I own a HP TM2T tablet and it doesn't have any buttons on the screen bezel, or sides, for things like undo, copy, paste, zoom in, etc., which are extremely useful when drawing or sketching. Professional Cintiq tablets have loads of programmable buttons on their screen bezel. So, this pad, along with a helpful program called Xpadder, allowed me to do just that.I've only used the pad briefly with games. The dpad itself isn't the greatest for fighting games, but it does fine with other games in a pinch. I also wish there were some start and select buttons. Anyway, I love this product, and it's super portable. 4 of 4 people found the following review helpful Works but I feel weird, By DAISUKE SUZUKI (WA) - See all my reviews = Fun: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: ION GO PAD Folding Computer Game Controller (Accessory) It works. Feelings is not bad for this size. But the design is weird. You may see the pad has Turbo/Clear buttons. They don't work. It has dual LR shoulder buttons. They work. So I have to assign Select/Start to L1/R2 (or L2/R2). Weird. Windows detect the pad as "8-button gamepad". This means Turbo/Clear buttons won't work. I tried this pad for android too. Turbo/Clear didn't work as well. 6 of 7 people found the following review helpful Works with Nexus 7, This review is from: ION GO PAD Folding Computer Game Controller (Accessory) I bought this originally to use it with my Nexus 7 - and downloaded Universal USB/BT Joystick Center to use with it.Turns out, you don't even need Universal USB/BT Joystick Center to use this thing, it works right out of the box (if you have a USB host cable, which is cheap). Works with Mame and SNES emulators that I've tried. Good deal for ten bucks. |
